Bill Broker only asks for what it needs to organise your household bills — and shows you exactly what happens to it.
Private document storage
Uploaded bills live in a private store. They are never publicly accessible and are only retrievable through a short-lived link generated for you.
Masked account numbers
We store and display account references in masked form, like Account •••• 4821, so a screenshot never exposes a full number.
Household-scoped access
Every bill, document and forecast belongs to a household. Database rules make sure only members of that household can read or change them.
No bank connection required
Bill Broker doesn't need your bank login, doesn't hold your money and never pays a bill on your behalf.
Human review is opt-in
A staff member only sees a bill when you explicitly send it for review with Broker This Bill, and we log every access.
Delete what you like
Remove a document, a bill or your whole account. Deletion requests are actioned and you'll get confirmation.
Where AI fits
When you upload a bill, an AI model reads the document to suggest the provider, amount and due date. Nothing is saved until you confirm it, low-confidence fields are flagged for you to check, and AI is never used to make a decision about your money on your behalf.
