Terms of Use

By creating a Bill Broker account you agree to these terms. They set out what we do, what we don't do, and what we each expect.

What Bill Broker is

Bill Broker is a bill organisation and information service for Australian households. We help you record, track and understand your household bills.

What Bill Broker is not

We are not a bank, deposit-taker or payment service. We never hold, move or pay your money.

We are not a licensed financial adviser, insurance broker or credit provider, and we do not provide personal financial advice.

We do not switch providers, cancel services or enter contracts on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the bill information you enter or confirm, for paying your own bills on time, and for keeping your login secure.

Reminders and forecasts are a convenience, not a guarantee. Always check your provider's own statements and due dates.

Estimates and accuracy

Figures such as the put-aside amount, the year-ahead forecast, the Bill Health Score and price-change comparisons are estimates based on the information available to us. They may be wrong, and they are not a promise of what you will pay.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current period. Your Bill Broker subscription is entirely separate from your household bills.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. Questions go to support@billbroker.com.au.
